Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to book beauty treatments (no cold call required)
• Provide high-quality after-sales service to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, collect customer feedback and communicate it to the internal team of the company
• Manage customer database, accurately record all customer contact information and required follow-up actions
• Report to supervisor regularly

Reuqirements：

• HKDSE or above, at least 1 year of experience in beauty retail or luxury retail industry preferred
• Candidates with experience in telephone sales preferred
• Customer and team oriented, detail oriented, problem solving in an effective and efficient manner
• Good communication and telephone skills
• Good oral and written skills in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Hardworking, willing to learn and good at teamwork
• Candidates with experience in using Salesforce or other CRM tools will have an advantage
• Candidates who can start work immediately will be preferred
